It's great for therapy, but journaling can mean so much more to your writing career!
Do you keep a journal? Do you write in it every day or just when you feel the need to get your thoughts or emotions onto the page? There’s no right or wrong answer; I’m just curious.

I’ve journaled off and on for decades. As a lifelong writer, I’ve always found it easier to make sense of my thoughts and feelings by seeing them on paper in my handwriting. But journaling isn’t just for personal thoughts and essays—although I keep those separate from what I’m about to describe.
